Vintage Bakelite Scottie Cocktail Drink Charms and Holder

Up for your consideration is this Vintage Bakelite Scottie Cocktail Drink Charms Holder and 10 plastic charms. The scottie holds a plastic ring in it's mouth displaying the 10 charms. The charms are hung on the rim of a glass to identify who's drink it is. The Scottie is about 3" high and the green base is about 2" in diameter. The dog has a great butterscotch color. The green base has some remnants of printing on it but I can't make it out. It may have been a souvenir and was marked with the location. This is visible in the last photo.
