This is a nice old manicure set from the 1940s. The handles and the lids of the boxes are made of green bakelite. The one pair of scissors is marked Premier Germany and the other is marked just Premier. The other pieces are not marked, but are obviously from the same set. Condition as shown. The buffer has alot of wear on the cushion and the emory board holder has been repaired. The other pieces are in very good condition for their age.
