This piece is in very good overall condition with virtually no dents or tarnish to be found.
It has been stored in an attic for decades so it was gone over from one end to the other in
search of any damage or excessive wear. The bell is dent free and looks good. The dark spot
is what's left of an American flag sticker. The body leading up from there is in very good shape with
typical light scratches, no dents and very little tarnish present. The keys all move properly aside from
a set that is circled in a picture. There was no attempt made to rectify this fear of doing damage. The pads
will all need to be replaced as there are none. When the instrument was taken out of the case a couple fell off
and it was found that the rest were about to so they were removed. The barrel is in very good shape as is what can
be seen of the inside. The mouthpiece is in good usable condition but has become discolored in areas. The ligature
is good. The case has some wear on the outside and the handle is missing. The clasps and latch operate properly and
the inside looks excellent. Please see the pictures for further details.
